Daily, you will coordinate with architects, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure seamless execution of marble, granite, and tile installations. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the installation of marble, granite, and tile works on various construction sites in Bali.
• Manage and coordinate a team of workers, ensuring they follow safety protocols and project timelines.
• Conduct regular safety inspections to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Monitor project budgets and ensure materials are used efficiently.
• Communicate effectively with architects, contractors, and subcontractors to address any issues promptly.
• Ensure high-quality standards are maintained throughout the project lifecycle.
• Use tools such as Procore, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Project for project management.
• Train and mentor junior staff to maintain high standards of work.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Construction Site Supervisor in marble, granite, or tile works.
• Valid Class 3 Construction Supervisor license.
• Certification in Safety and Health at Workplaces (K3) or equivalent.
• Proven experience in managing projects in Bali or similar tropical environments.
• Strong knowledge of construction materials, tools, and techniques.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Familiarity with project management software such as Procore, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Project.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
