This is an immediate opening for a professional who is passionate about developing and delivering effective training programs. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in training and development, with excellent communication and leadership skills.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.,Create and maintain training materials, including manuals, presentations, and videos.,Conduct needs assessments to identify training requirements and design appropriate programs.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.,Provide coaching and mentoring to employees to support their professional development.,Collaborate with department heads to align training programs with business objectives.,Organize and facilitate workshops, seminars, and other training events.,Maintain records of training activities and participant feedback.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in training and development.,Strong knowledge of training methodologies and techniques.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in using training management software and other relevant tools.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.,Valid driving license and willingness to travel.
