📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently,Provide excellent customer service and maintain a friendly demeanor,Ensure compliance with banking regulations and internal policies,Handle cash and manage the teller's safe,Assist customers with account inquiries and transactions,Perform routine banking tasks such as balancing cash drawers and reconciling deposits,Maintain a clean and organized workspace,Work as part of a team to ensure smooth banking operations

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent,Previous experience as a Teller or in a customer service role is a plus,Strong communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,Basic knowledge of banking operations and procedures,Familiarity with Indonesian banking regulations,Friendly and approachable demeanor,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
