Create and maintain technical documentation for software products and services,Collaborate with product teams to gather information and clarify technical concepts,Ensure documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and meets industry standards,Develop user guides, manuals, and other reference materials,Review and edit documentation for clarity, consistency, and correctness,Work with developers and other stakeholders to ensure documentation is useful and effective,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical writing

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English, or a related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical writing,Strong writing and editing skills,Familiarity with technical writing tools and software,Experience with documentation tools like MadCap Flare, Confluence, or similar,Ability to work independently and meet deadlines,Excellent communication and collaboration skills
