📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and mentor a team of professionals to ensure high performance and productivity.,Develop and implement strategies to improve team performance and efficiency.,Oversee project planning, execution, and delivery to meet client requirements and deadlines.,Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution.,Conduct regular team meetings and provide feedback to ensure continuous improvement.,Monitor team performance and provide coaching and support as needed.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry standards.,Maintain open and effective communication with team members and stakeholders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role.,Proven track record of managing and leading teams effectively.,Strong knowledge of project management principles and practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with relevant software and tools.,Ability to travel as required.
