📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets.,Manage a portfolio of key accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.,Provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with clients.,Conduct market research and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities.,Train and mentor junior sales consultants to ensure consistent performance and growth.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product knowledge and sales enablement.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in retail sales.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail sales, with a proven track record of success.,Strong understanding of retail operations and market dynamics.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Proficient in using sales force automation tools and CRM systems.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
