Lead and manage change management initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.,Develop and implement comprehensive change management strategies, including communication plans, training programs, and stakeholder engagement activities.,Assess and mitigate risks associated with change, ensuring the success and smooth implementation of projects.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive change and improve organizational performance.,Provide guidance and support to employees throughout the change process, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.,Measure and evaluate the effectiveness of change initiatives, providing insights and recommendations for future improvements.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in change management, and apply this knowledge to drive innovation and improvement within the organization.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in change management, with a proven track record of success in leading and implementing change initiatives.,Strong understanding of organizational behavior and change management principles and practices.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Experience with digital transformation projects is a plus.,Certifications in change management (e.g., Prosci, Change Management Professional) are a plus.
