📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed monthly sales targets.,Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.,Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for product promotion and sales growth.,Train and mentor junior sales staff to ensure consistent performance and customer satisfaction.,Manage inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability and minimize waste.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sales and marketing initiatives.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of sales plans and strategies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
