Sumber Indra Fried Chicken is looking for a dedicated and skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing our kitchen equipment and facilities to ensure smooth operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical and electrical repairs, and a passion for food service.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Perform routine maintenance and repairs on kitchen equipment, including ovens, fryers, and refrigeration units.,Troubleshoot and resolve equipment malfunctions to minimize downtime.,Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and work areas.,Replace worn-out parts and components as needed.,Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure efficient operations.,Conduct regular inspections to identify potential issues and prevent breakdowns.,Maintain and update maintenance records and schedules.,Participate in training and development programs for ongoing skill enhancement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent experience.,Minimum of 1 year of experience in maintenance or mechanical/electrical repairs.,Knowledge of kitchen equipment and food service operations.,Familiarity with safety procedures and regulations.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
