📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee procurement activities, including vendor selection, contract negotiation, and order processing.,Ensure timely and efficient delivery of materials and services to meet departmental needs.,Monitor inventory levels and place orders to maintain optimal stock levels.,Negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers to secure the best possible terms.,Conduct regular supplier performance reviews and maintain supplier relationships.,Prepare and maintain procurement documentation, including purchase orders, invoices, and reports.,Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth procurement processes and timely delivery of goods and services.,Stay updated on market trends and industry developments to ensure competitive procurement strategies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in procurement or supply chain management.,Strong knowledge of procurement processes, including vendor management, contract negotiation, and inventory control.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Proficiency in using office software such as Microsoft Office.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Proactive and detail-oriented with a strong work ethic.,Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.
