📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the food processing facility, ensuring efficiency and productivity.,Develop and implement operational plans and strategies to improve productivity and quality.,Monitor and maintain compliance with food safety regulations and quality standards.,Manage and mentor a team of operators, ensuring they are trained and motivated to perform at their best.,Conduct regular quality checks and audits to ensure product quality and safety.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and resolve any issues that may arise.,Analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Food Technology, Operations Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management in the food processing industry.,Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and quality assurance standards.,Proven track record of successfully managing and improving operational efficiency.,Excellent leadership and team management skills.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.

🛠️ Keahlian

Food safety certification (e.g.HACCPISO 22000).Experience with ERP or other operations management software.Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work in a fast-pacedhigh-pressure environment.
