📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and market share.
• Manage and oversee the execution of advertising campaigns, both traditional and digital, to promote Mie Mapan products.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and customer preferences.
• Collaborate with the sales team to drive product sales and achieve targets.
• Monitor and analyze marketing performance using tools like Google Analytics and social media insights.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with distribution partners, retailers, and other key stakeholders.
• Create and manage marketing budgets, ensuring optimal allocation of resources.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in marketing and sales.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing management, preferably in the FMCG industry.
• Proven track record of successfully managing marketing campaigns and driving sales growth.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and SEO tools.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with ERP systems like SAP or Oracle is a plus.
• Certification in digital marketing or relevant industry certifications is a plus.
