As part of our creative team, you’ll work closely with our producers, directors, and technicians to ensure seamless and engaging live streaming experiences.

In this role, you’ll be responsible for setting up and operating live streaming equipment, including cameras, microphones, and streaming software. You’ll also assist in managing the live stream production process, from pre-production planning to post-production editing. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the fast-paced world of live streaming and to work with some of the most talented professionals in the industry.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Set up and operate live streaming equipment, including cameras, microphones, and streaming software such as OBS Studio and Wirecast.
• Assist in the planning and execution of live streaming events, from pre-production to post-production.
• Monitor and troubleshoot technical issues during live streams to ensure a smooth broadcast.
• Collaborate with producers, directors, and other team members to deliver high-quality live streaming content.
• Assist in the editing and post-production of live stream footage using software such as Adobe Premiere Pro.
• Ensure compliance with technical specifications and quality standards for live streaming.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in live streaming to continuously improve our production processes.
• Assist in the organization and management of live streaming equipment and supplies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience in live streaming, video production, or a related field.
• Familiarity with live streaming software such as OBS Studio, Wirecast, or similar tools.
• Knowledge of video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro.
• Strong technical skills and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work well under pressure.
• Creative and innovative mindset, with a passion for live streaming and digital content creation.
• Bachelor's degree in Broadcasting, Media, or a related field (preferred but not required).
• Certification in live streaming or video production (preferred but not required).
