📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets.,Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.,Conduct market research and analyze sales data to identify opportunities and trends.,Train and mentor junior sales representatives to ensure consistent performance and growth.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales activities.,Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to expand the company's reach.,Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess sales performance and identify areas for improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the real estate industry.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and exceeding revenue goals.,Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in using sales software and CRM tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian real estate market and regulations.
