Bidang Elsa Restaurant is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Civil Engineer to join our team in Solo, Jawa Tengah. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the design, construction, and maintenance of our restaurant's infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil engineering and a passion for creating exceptional dining experiences.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the design and construction of restaurant infrastructure, including buildings, parking lots, and other related facilities.,Ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations.,Manage and coordinate with contractors, architects, and other stakeholders.,Conduct site inspections and ensure quality control.,Prepare and review technical drawings and specifications.,Develop and implement cost-effective solutions for infrastructure projects.,Mentor and guide junior engineers and staff.,Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in civil engineering.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in civil engineering, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.,Professional certification (e.g., PE, PMP) is a plus.,Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and standards.,Excellent project management and communication skills.,Proficiency in using AutoCAD, Revit, or other design software.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
