In this role, you will be responsible for managing our cash handling operations and ensuring accurate financial reporting. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage daily cash handling operations and ensure accuracy in financial transactions.,Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports.,Oversee the work of junior cashiers and provide training and guidance as needed.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to cash handling.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate financial reporting.,Identify and resolve any discrepancies in financial records.,Maintain a high level of confidentiality and integrity in all financial transactions.,Participate in budgeting and forecasting activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in cash handling and accounting roles.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.,Experience with financial software and systems.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.,Knowledge of Indonesian tax laws and regulations is a plus.
