📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily production operations to ensure efficiency and quality.,Monitor production schedules and ensure deadlines are met.,Coordinate with team members to address production issues and implement solutions.,Conduct quality checks and ensure compliance with quality standards.,Maintain accurate production records and reports.,Train and mentor junior staff on production processes and quality standards.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth production workflow.,Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Production Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a production or supervisory role.,Strong knowledge of production processes and quality control.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with production management software and tools.,Proficient in English and local language (Tetum or Portuguese).,Valid driver's license and ability to travel within the region.
