📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain the company's fleet of vehicles, including scheduling regular maintenance and repairs.,Coordinate with drivers and ensure they are properly trained and equipped for their routes.,Monitor fuel consumption and expenses, and implement strategies to reduce costs.,Oversee the loading and unloading of vehicles, ensuring goods are transported safely and efficiently.,Maintain accurate records of vehicle usage, maintenance, and expenses.,Conduct regular safety inspections of vehicles and address any issues promptly.,Assist in the procurement of new vehicles and equipment as needed.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth and efficient fleet operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Valid driver's license and clean driving record.,Familiarity with Indonesian traffic laws and regulations.,Experience with budgeting and financial management is a plus.
