Overseeing the daily operations and performance of the department,Developing and implementing strategies to improve departmental efficiency and productivity,Leading and managing a team of employees, providing guidance and support,Ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations,Collaborating with other departments to achieve organizational goals,Monitoring departmental budgets and ensuring financial targets are met,Representing the department in meetings and events as required,Evaluating and implementing training programs for departmental staff

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership or management role,Proven track record of successful team management and leadership,Strong communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,Familiarity with HR policies, procedures, and best practices,Knowledge of financial management and budgeting,Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
