As a Creative Events Assistant at Creative Moves Events, you will be at the heart of our operations, working closely with our team of event planners, vendors, and clients. Your daily tasks will include coordinating event logistics, managing vendor communications, and ensuring that every detail is flawlessly executed. With your creativity and problem-solving skills, you will help transform our clients' visions into reality, creating unforgettable experiences.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in planning and coordinating events, including weddings, corporate gatherings, and private parties.
• Manage vendor communications, including contractors, caterers, and decorators, to ensure timely delivery and quality service.
• Oversee event setup, execution, and breakdown, ensuring all details are attended to.
• Coordinate with clients to understand their needs and provide exceptional customer service.
• Assist in creating event budgets and tracking expenses.
• Stay organized with event schedules, timelines, and deadlines.
• Assist in the creation and distribution of event invitations, programs, and other promotional materials.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in event planning and management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in event planning or a related role.
• Proficient in using event planning software such as Cvent, Bizzabo, or Eventbrite.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Creative and detail-oriented with a passion for event planning.
• Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
