📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily operations of the branch, ensuring high standards of service and guest satisfaction.
• Manage and mentor a team of 15-20 staff members, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.
• Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, and maintain a clean and well-maintained facility.
• Collaborate with the corporate office to implement company-wide initiatives and policies.
• Drive revenue growth through upselling and cross-selling strategies.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial role within the hospitality or entertainment industry.
• Proven track record of successfully managing a team and driving revenue growth.
• Strong understanding of accounting and financial management, with experience using QuickBooks and SAP.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
• Fluent in Indonesian and English, both written and spoken.
• Certification in hospitality management or a related field is a plus.
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
