Oversee the day-to-day operations of the branch, ensuring that all targets are met and that the branch runs efficiently.,Manage a team of staff, ensuring that they are motivated and productive, and that they have the resources and support they need to succeed.,Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to drive growth and increase customer satisfaction.,Ensure that the branch is compliant with all relevant laws and regulations, and that all health and safety standards are met.,Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers, suppliers, and other stakeholders.,Monitor and analyze sales and operational data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.,Conduct regular staff training and development activities to ensure that staff are up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
