📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage the end-to-end auction process, including pre-auction preparation, auction day execution, and post-auction follow-up.
• Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure all logistics are in place for successful auctions.
• Use auction management software such as AuctioneerPro and Spectrum to track auction items, manage bids, and generate reports.
• Monitor auction proceedings in real-time and intervene as needed to maintain order and ensure compliance with auction rules.
• Prepare detailed auction reports and provide insights to clients and internal teams.
• Assist in the development and implementation of auction strategies to maximize client satisfaction and revenue.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in auction management.
• Provide excellent customer service to clients, vendors, and internal teams.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Auctioneering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in auction management, preferably in consumer products and retail.
• Proven experience using auction management software such as AuctioneerPro and Spectrum.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with Indonesian consumer products and retail market.
• Certification in auction management or a related field is a plus.
