📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet and assist visitors and clients with a friendly and professional manner,Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and messages to the appropriate department,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of visitors and their purposes of visit,Schedule appointments and meetings as needed,Assist with general office tasks and duties as required,Ensure the reception area is clean and organized at all times,Provide information about the company and its services to visitors and clients,Handle any other tasks that may be assigned by the management

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent,Minimum of 1 year of experience in a receptionist or customer service role,Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Indonesian,Strong organizational and time management skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,Friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor,Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office,Familiarity with customer service software and tools is a plus
