📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and process all accounts payable transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and regulations.
• Track and monitor expenses, identifying areas for cost savings and efficiency improvements.
• Prepare and analyze financial reports, providing insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making.
• Collaborate with department heads to ensure accurate and timely expense reporting.
• Maintain and update the accounts payable system, including QuickBooks or similar accounting software.
• Monitor vendor contracts and negotiate favorable terms to ensure cost-effective procurement.
• Ensure timely and accurate payment of invoices, while maintaining strong relationships with vendors.
• Assist in the preparation of budget forecasts and variance analysis.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in accounts payable and cost control roles, preferably in the hospitality or similar industries.
• Proficient in using accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret financial data and provide actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Attention to detail and a strong commitment to accuracy and compliance.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Certification in accounting or finance is a plus.
