Your daily tasks will involve preparing moulds and dies for production runs, ensuring they meet quality standards, and maintaining a clean and organized work area. You will work closely with the production team to ensure that moulds and dies are ready for use, and you will be responsible for troubleshooting any issues that arise. With a strong focus on quality and efficiency, you will help to ensure that our production processes run smoothly and efficiently.
📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Prepare and maintain moulds and dies used in production processes
- Ensure moulds and dies meet quality standards and specifications
- Perform routine inspections and maintenance on moulds and dies
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to moulds and dies
- Work closely with the production team to ensure moulds and dies are ready for use
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow safety protocols and procedures
- Document and report on mould and die maintenance and usage
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Mould Preparation Technician or similar role
- Familiarity with mould and die preparation techniques and tools
- Knowledge of quality control and inspection procedures
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with CAD software such as AutoCAD or SolidWorks is a plus
- Ability to lift and move heavy objects up to 50 kg
